Zuzana Paulovics Appointed New Chair of the CUIP Board of Directors

As of June 2, 2025, Zuzana Paulovics steps into the role of Chair of the CUIP Board of Directors. Zuzana is an experienced manager in the field of startup and innovation support. Through her activities, she has made a significant contribution to the development of the Czech startup ecosystem.
Throughout her career, she has focused on strengthening the Czech startup scene and entrepreneurial environment, particularly in supporting small and medium-sized enterprises. She has been involved in the creation of programs that help young companies validate their market potential, connect with the right mentors, and access expert networks. Among these is the well-known accelerator program Start it ČSOB, which she helped establish.
As Chair of the Board, she will oversee CUIP’s strategic development, lead key projects, negotiate with strategic partners, and represent the company at major events.
“I believe that Charles University holds immense scientific and societal capital, and my goal is to help shape a system that enables university research and projects to be transformed into innovations that will become part of our everyday lives,” says Paulovics.
